We aim to reply within a few working days. There is no contact form because an email address does the same job without asking you to trust a form with your details.
What to write about
A number looks wrong
The most useful thing you can send us. Include the calculator, the values you entered, and what you expected. Every formula is unit-tested, so a genuine discrepancy is something we want to find.
Something is hard to use
Particularly if you use a keyboard, screen reader, or magnification. We treat accessibility barriers as bugs, not feature requests.
A tool you need does not exist
Tell us what you make and what you are trying to price. Requests from people running real workshops shape what gets built next.

Before you write about a result
Each calculator publishes the exact formula it uses, and our methodology page explains the reasoning they all share — including why a price is solved for rather than marked up, and why waste is treated as a replacement cost. That often answers it.
